Acupuncture with Aisha
Hi, I’m Aisha and here is a little bit about me and why I love acupuncture:)I graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the northern college of acupuncture in 2023.
My passion is for treating mental health and women’s health. I became obsessed with all things acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine when my son became ill and we tried every treatment going for him but the only one to truly make a massive impact was acupuncture; Because of this (and me having a background as an early years practitioner) I absolutely love treating children.
I recently ran a successful menopause clinic, treating ladies with symptoms such as hot flushes, mood changes, anxiety, insomnia and joint pain. I think menopause is a time in life where women can feel really isolated, especially when being presented with new and scary symptoms, which is why I absolutely love being able to help with acupuncture.
Patients have come to see me for a wide range of issues such as anxiety, joint pain, IBS, fibromyalgia, arthritis, PCOS, smoking cessation, migraines, ME, oncology support, emotional and mental health, fertility and many more.
I absolutely love seeing the growth in my patients each treatment and there is nothing quite like the feeling when a massive breakthrough comes about- such as a fertility patient becoming pregnant after years of trying :) I feel so blessed and honoured to practice this amazing medicine.
I use a range of techniques in my practice as well as acupuncture such as cupping therapy, gua sha, moxa and Chinese medicine lifestyle advice to complement treatment and bring about lasting healing. I look forward to welcoming new patients on my new adventure at Moss and Moon :)

Meet Daria of Think Lilo
Daria is the heart behind Think Lilo, a beautifully intuitive wellbeing offering rooted in rest, safety, and gentle healing. The idea for Think Lilo was born over five years ago, inspired by the feeling so many of us experience when life becomes overwhelming — like emotionally drowning beneath stress, exhaustion, or imbalance.
Think Lilo is a safe, nurturing space where you’re invited to hop onto the lilo, let go, and simply float. A space to be present, supported, and open to healing, without pressure or expectation.
Daria is currently training in Reiki and will be offering free Reiki sessions on Saturday 7th February as part of building her case studies. These sessions are offered with genuine care, intention, and respect for the healing process, and are a wonderful opportunity to experience Reiki in a calm, held environment.
She’s in the process of creating her website and Instagram, and will have business cards available on the day for anyone who’d like to stay connected as Think Lilo continues to grow 🌿
We’re so grateful to support Daria on her journey and to hold space for her to share her healing gifts here at Moss & Moon 🩷
Catherine is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY)–qualified yoga teacher with a deep love for breathwork, relaxation and restorative practices. With over 10 years of personal yoga practice and a calm, approachable teaching style, her sessions create a safe space to unwind, soften and fully surrender.

A sanctuary for connection, remembrance & soul-led healing.
Kelly holds space with a gentleness that invites you to simply be — without pressure, without expectation, without needing to be “fixed.” Her intention for Women in the Wilderness is to create a safe, welcoming circle where women can reconnect with themselves, deepen their bond with the earth, and explore healing in a way that feels natural, nurturing, and deeply empowering.
Through cacao ceremonies, Kelly shares a soft yet powerful medicine that has supported her own healing journey. Cacao has been a comforting, steady ally — guiding her inward, opening the heart, and reminding her of her inner wisdom with every sip.
In her drumming circles, Kelly brings the grounding rhythm of the drum — a tool that has helped her release stagnant energy, move through heavy emotions, and step into her authenticity with strength and confidence.
Together, cacao and drumming weave a beautiful, alchemical magic: heart-opening, grounding, expansive, and soul-awakening.
A space where every emotion is welcome.
A space to remember who you truly are.
A space to connect, release, and rise — together.
Kelly would be honoured to share this journey with you.

Terrariums, moss art & mindful botanical creativity.
Charlotte is the botanical artist behind Botanical Moonlight Co, a project rooted in mindfulness, creative expression, and gentle self-care. With four years’ experience working across education, community charities, and independent businesses — and a Level 3 in counselling — Charlotte blends practical skill with lived experience to create spaces that feel grounding, nurturing, and soulful.
At Botanical Moonlight Co, terrariums are seen as living art — tiny, self-sustaining worlds where stillness, imagination, and nature beautifully meet. Every piece is created with intention, sustainability, and deep respect for the natural elements she works with.
Charlotte will be offering terrarium-making and moss art workshops at Moss & Moon starting February. Her sessions are intentionally small and mindful, usually welcoming 4–6 people, allowing each participant to slow down, observe, create, and breathe.
She is also introducing her Botanical Café concept — a self-led, café-style creative experience featuring curated botanical kits and gentle mindfulness prompts, perfect for community connection and relaxed exploration.
Charlotte is excited to bring the grounding magic of moss, miniature ecosystems, and botanical creativity into the Moss & Moon community — helping others find calm, beauty, and presence through nature-led art.
